The MAM Foundation, in collaboration with the Nessij association, hosts Abdesslem Ayed in residence at the Suza factory from 08 September to 17 October.

A Tunisian sculptor and visual artist with a degree in Plastic Arts, Abdesslem draws inspiration from traditional textile arts and a deep-rooted family and cultural memory. Weaving, embroidery, ancestral gestures — His work links the intimate to the collective, the know-how to the plastic language.

This residence is part of our desire to make Grand Suza a living space for dialogue between art, territory and community.

We are happy to welcome him and share with you the different stages of this beautiful adventure.

Welcome to Grand Suza, Abdesslem!
